About Northern Structures
Northern Structures Ltd. specialises in the design, fabrication and erection of steel portal framed buildings. All our buildings are tailored to each customer's own particular needs. The testimony to our work can be seen throughout the Northeast of England and the Scottish Borders in a variety of industrial units, workshops, warehouses, offices and showrooms.
We provide a complete one stop service
We commonly act as subcontractors for structural steelwork and cladding, working together with architects, engineers and main contractors on steel portal framed up to 36m clear span.
We also provide a complete one-stop service for the individual. We have extensive experience in advising customers of the most practical and cost effective alternatives to fulfil their requirements.
We can carry out full structural design, prepare planning drawings and obtain all planning approvals and building warrants, as required. We can also undertake all foundation and building works, fit doors and take care of every detail from start to finish.
